Initial Review
We start with a brief phone discussion about your situation.
What kind of repairs are you aware of?

Then we do a basic walk through of the property to gauge how much work is required to renovate the home.
Offer to Purchase
OverHall Properties will send an offer to purchase your home. You will have the opportunity to negotiate as you see fit. We won't perform inspections or conduct appraisals. The goal is for the process to be as simple as possible.
Closing
OverHall Properties will schedule a closing with a local reputable agent and make all the arrangements for a seamless transaction. At the closing any mortgages or back taxes on the property will be paid and you will leave with a check. Simple.
